“BA offers a real alternative to discerning travellers to Morocco.”

British Airways (BA) is set to launch a new flight from Gatwick Airport to Marrakech in Morocco.

The route will welcome the carrier next March, where it will join rival airline easyJet.

Richard Tams, who works for BA, said that the airline has all-inclusive fares without the extra costs which low-cost carriers may add on.

Mr Tams added that BA customers will get snacks, drinks and a sizeable baggage allowance at no extra cost.

He said: "British Airways offers a real alternative to discerning travellers to Morocco."

The UK travel hub will send off the new flight three times every week, on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, with one way fares beginning at £80 (not including tax) according to the news source.
